  • Hi Kazzual,

If you want to only translate to one language and use it, then translating manually through an editor or using WPML is fine. WPML works with our plugin, we have not tested its compatibility. However, many of our users have been working with it. Does WPML allow toggling between one language to another? If so, you shouldn’t have to create two different catalogues.

Another customer has been using qTranslate-X in order to toggle between two languages. Perhaps, if you are having trouble creating the toggle in WPML, you may try this translator. You may see the post here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/qtranslate-x-integration-with-catalog?replies=3

Let us know if there’s anymore we can do to help you.

    Best regards,

    Thanks for the reply.

I can translate the back-end of the plug-in with string translation in WPML, but not the front end (the catalogue items for example). I have some products, categories and so on, but I can’t change the language for the products and categories. How can I do that?

    Hi Kazzual,

As we do not support WPML, we would highly suggest you to ask their help on this matter if you really wish to work with the plugin. It is hard for us to guide you since we have not tested for its compatibility, thus are not familiar with the features it contains.

Else, we would suggest you using qTranslate-X to allow multiple languages in the front-end.

    Thank you for your answer.
Is it possible to help me with qTranslate-X?

Our team generally handles support related to our own plugins, so we would suggest that you refer to the qTranslate-X documentation in this case. If you find that there are problems coming from one of the catalogue features, then please let us know.
