We personally tested WPML and WPML work perfectly in AMP.
Could you please elaborate your question? It really helps us to extend our plugin.

Normally with WPML there are two ways of translating strings: Using the string translation manager or some plugins enable you to translate their text by changing the WPML locale at the top of the screen from one language to another.
With AMP for WP neither of these methods work.
The APM for WP strings don’t appear in the strings translation manager, and changing the WPML language locale using the top dropdown and saving the translations within the AMP for WP translate screen applies the translations saved to all languages, instead of saving for each locale.
We are currently using WPML to translate our site into 10 different languages, and if I translate using the AMP for WP translate page using the French locale, these translations will show for all the other languages.
