WPML – Woocommerce Invoices

Hi,

I’m experiencing a language issue with the automatic invoice generation.

My site’s default language is Spanish, but the shop is multilingual and customers can place orders in other languages (for example German).

Here is what happens:

• When an order is completed automatically and the system sends the “order completed” email, the plugin correctly sends the email in German if the customer placed the order in German.
• However, the invoice attached to that email is generated in Spanish instead of German.

Interestingly, if I manually resend the email to the customer from the order page, the invoice is generated correctly in German.

So it seems the plugin detects the correct language when sending the email manually, but when the process is triggered automatically it falls back to the site default language (Spanish).

Is this expected behaviour?
Is there a way to force the invoice to be generated in the order/customer language when the email is sent automatically?

For reference:

• Default site language: Spanish
• Example affected language: German
• Multilingual setup

Any guidance would be appreciated.
