Hi Bensch,
Haven’t heard of this issue before which usually indicates a compatibility problem.
Try disabling all other plugins for a second and see if it works then.
If not, try switching to a default theme (like Twenty Seventeen) and check again.
An easy way to do these tests without interrupting your visitors is using the “Troubleshoot Mode” in the Health Check plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/
You should also try clearing your browser cache to make sure that’s not causing any problems.

What browser are you using? Could you test a different one?
Hi, I have the same problem. Tested on Safari 12.1.2, Chrome 76.0.3809.132 and Firefox 69.0
I also have the problem that nothing happens when I click on edit or new recipe.
Plugin version: 5.5.2
Wordpress: 5.2.3
PHP: 7.0.33

We’ve had a few others and it’s always been a caching problem so try clearing the site cache and your browser cache.

Hi,
apparently, this problem occurs from version 5.0 onward.
A rollback to version 4.3 solved the problem so that I can now create new recipes again.
I’ll try clearing the caches later.
