• I’ve been a pro customer for three or four years with a multi-site license.
Overall, the product is great and easy to use, but…

I recently contacted support and asked if they could provide any insight as to why only a few of the pages on a site showed up as valid in my Search Console Mobile Usability report and were thus “mobile friendly”, while the vast majority of pages were not.

Support replied that I should ask Google because only they understand their algorithms. They also suggested that I create a Search Console account even though the initial question was the result of Search Console reports, as I stated in my support inquiry.

So I purchase the product to make my sites “mobile friendly” and improve usability on mobile, yet support refers me to Google to find out why so many pages on a site apparently have poor mobile usability; which I believe is the very function of WPTouch.

I expected a little more from support than, “Maybe you should ask Google.”
That is a very disappointing and unexpected response that will factor into future license renewals.
