    We already have 
   a ticked opened regarding this case in our internal system (reference number:#
   FB5868), it would be helpful if you can send me (at “alaa [at] wordfence [dot]
   com”) a diagnostics report from (Wordfence > Tools => Diagnostics => Send Report
   by Email), that would help us to narrow down this issue.
