 * OK in my control panel for wp it says i dont have write access to edit the templatres
   etc however i changed the permissions to 777 etc so how come it wont work and
   where and what shoucl i chmod???
 * the secont issue is with the fancy tool tips plug in they show up in either wierd
   places or not at all any insite would be great 🙂

 * If WP says they are not writable, and you say they are (even after refreshing
   the Theme Editor pages) then you are looking at different files to WP.
