    Write data to another database
Hello everyone. There was already this question. The topic is closed without a sufficient answer. So I ask again. I would like to write the data to another database to separate the statistical data and not load the WP database.
Can one still hope? I would appreciate that very much. Is there any progress and considerations to implement this?

  • Hi,

    I hope you’re doing well.

Unfortunately, WP-Statistics doesn’t have any feature to export stats.
I will share this idea with our team and we will decide about adding it to our plugin in the future.

    Hi,

Thank you for your reply. That sounds good. I think a lot of people will like that.
Just one more thing to understand. I don’t want to export the data. WP Static should run on a separate DB.
I would be very happy if you could implement that.

    Hi,

    I hope you’re doing well.

Currently, we have a feature to export single tables to a file. I don’t know whether it can help.
You can find this feature here:
    Dashboard > Statistics > Optimization > Export

    Hi,

I don’t think they understand me. I don’t want to export any data!!!
The plugin should be operated with a separate database. As not using the same database as WordPress. Why? So that the WordPress database is relieved.
Can you realize that? there is a lot that interests you.

If so, when can this be implemented?

    Kind regards

    Hi,

    I hope you’re doing well.

We are preparing for considerable improvements in WP-Statistics. With these changes, we will not use WP databases anymore.
I guess it can take about one year to implement the new system.

    Best Regards
