Non admin accounts can’t add terms to taxonomies. The admin only box is not checked in settings.

Any ideas on how to fix?

Also, in the toolbar, I now see Post and Content, which both link to Writeshare. But Post should actually go to a different plug-in. I can try and edit that on my own, but there’s no reason it should do that.

    Hi there,
First, apologies for the delay. I do not get notifications from WordPress about new support requests. Frustrating for me – and you. Very sorry.

What is the role of the non-admins?
Do they have writing privileges via WriteShare?

What toolbar are you referring to? WriteShare will add to your wp-admin dashboard as described here:
http://wpwriteshare.com/setup-instructions/setup-instructions-full-detail/ (first image after the video).

I should receive notification of replies, but I’ll also keep checking.

    Thank you.
