 * Why shows the preflight check:
 * PHP allow_url_fopen enabled? _**No**_
 * This option is definitly activated on our server?

 * thank you for your question. Although though `allow_url_fopen` is enabled on 
   your server you may need to ensure that it is enabled both in the global PHP 
   configuration and any specific configuration files for the site in question. 
   Sometimes, it’s overridden in a local `.htaccess` or a per-directory `php.ini`
   file. You should also verify that the **PHP version** in use is compatible with
   your server’s configuration. A mismatch can sometimes cause Total Upkeep to incorrectly
   report the status.
 * After making changes, clear any server cache and restart the web server to ensure
   the changes take effect.
