# Wrong conversion value, missing comma.

 * I have a problem with conversion value in my Facebook ADS. For example sometimes
   when conversion is 220,90 PLN the final value I can see in my ADS dashboard is
   22099 PLN. Finally ROAS is completly wrong. I see this BUG since a few months.
   Not all conversions has that problem. As U can see some of them just missing 
   comma. Any ideas how to fix that?
 * Shop and plugin always updated. Shop is online since 3 years, problems started
   few months ago.

   Ads, where the comma appears to be missing, resulting in a completely different
   value. This indeed could impact your ROAS calculations.
 * The issue might be related to how the values are being formatted or parsed between
   WooCommerce and Facebook.
 * Here are a few steps you can follow to try and resolve this issue:
    1. Check the regional settings in both your WooCommerce and Facebook Ads account
       to ensure they are set to the same locale. Sometimes, discrepancies in number
       formatting can occur due to different regional settings.
    2. Try disabling all other plugins except Facebook for WooCommerce, then test again.
       This could help identify if there’s a conflict with another plugin.
    3. If the issue persists, please try to reinstall the Facebook for WooCommerce 
       plugin. Remember to backup your site before doing this.
 * If none of these steps resolve the issue, please get back to us a copy of the
   following:
    - **System Status Report:** Navigate to **WooCommerce → Status**. Select **Get
      system report** and then **Download for Support**.
    - **Fatal Error log:** Share a copy of any fatal error log found under **WooCommerce
      → Status → Logs**.

 * OK I think I found the problem. There is a BUG in your plugin. In /wp-admin/admin.
   php?page=wc-settings you can’t add comma as a decimal separator. Changing it 
   into dot should fix the problem. But you guys have to fix that, because some 
   currencies need that.
