Wrong Count

Hello,
i just installed the Plugin, but it doesnt appear the right count of the page views. It seems, that only registered Users counts get counted. But the Settings are all setted on count every User.I use foodica theme and a child theme.
do you have any possibilities to solve the problem?

There’s something preventing WordPress Popular Posts from logging visitors’ page views. Every time WPP attempts to send a POST request to your server to update the views count of a post/page it responds with a 401 Unauthorized error message.
The problem is most likely being caused by another plugin. See: Is WordPress Popular Posts compatible with security / firewall plugins?
