# Wrong cursor position in WordPress 3.6

 * After updating to WordPress 3.6, AddQuicktag now has a small bug which doesn’t
   put the typing cursor on the correct position after clicking on a custom button
   in the editor.
 * Any ETA for a fix? Thanks.

 * Looks like a bug in WP 3.6 itself, also happens with native buttons.

 * I have currently tested in 2 installs, works normaly. Maybe you check this in
   different browsers.

 * When you try to insert a link in the Text editor, you paste the URL, press Enter/
   Return and then your cursor is ready to type in the link text inside the code?
 * I’m using Google Chrome’s latest version on the Mac. It was working perfectly
   before the WP update.
