    Hi there, we have been using Kadence to customize e-mails for quite a while but, just recently noticed what appears to be an issue. An order comes in, and as all orders are via Electronic Funds Transfer, the order goes in as “on hold”. An on hold email gets sent properly. Once the the funds are received, we move it to processing, however the system then sends out the On Hold email again. Any thoughts on how we could narrow this down, it’s causing endless customer confusion. Thanks!

    It’s worth noting that the email designer only designs emails and it doesn’t send them out. If you’re experiencing issues with two “on-hold” emails, the problem may lie with WooCommerce. You might want to disable the email customizer to see if the issue persists. If it does, it’s recommended that you contact WooCommerce support to identify the root of the problem.
