Wrong files in tag 1.4.1

When downloading this plugin with composer we get the wrong files.
The files in 1.4.1 belongs to this plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/jquery-smooth-scroll.Correct me if i’m wrong, but shouldnt this be fixed? 🙂
