Can you please share a screenshot of the featured image of the post and how it’s displayed in the newsletter?

Also, do you use any caching plugins? Did you update an image for this post previously?

You mentioned that you’re using a caching plugin. If you clear the cache of your site, temporarily disable the plugin and then send a test newsletter to yourself, does the correct image populates? Could you also share a link to the preview with us (view in browser -> then copy and paste the link here)?
