 * Hallo,
 * I have a problem with the sync. I use the Shirtee plugin to get my new products
   into my WooCommerce shop.
 * If the images of the new product are synchronized, it is so that the Optimole
   synchronizes only the first image and with the respective product all colors
   are then as the first image is.
 * i hope you understand what i mean. Is there a solution?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fwrong-image-sync%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * The Only Option is to Resync all Images and deactivate Optimole. Then Sync the
   Shirte Products and reactivate Optimole and Sync again. then it fits.
 * What i can do? any suggestions?

 * Hi [@skywalker7188](https://wordpress.org/support/users/skywalker7188/),
 * Thank you for using Optimole and contacting us.
 * I’m not familiar with the “Shirtee” plugin, could you provide more details of
   the background process and how it works + how it uploads the images?
 * Could you also share the URL of the product page where the issue occurs and where
   all the images are the same? I checked a few products but everything seems to
   be correct there now.
 * Thanks!

 * Shirtee is Print on Demand provider, to Sell Merch with WooCommerce.
    If i create
   a Shirt on Shirtee, then it will be synchronized with my shop. The Shirt Image
   come from Shirtee to my Store. And i guess Optimole take the images instant to
   the CDN and only take the first one.
 * For example:
    Shirts in Color Black, White, Red. if i deactivate Optimole, then
   ich can choose with each Color Button the Shirt and it will be displayed.
 * If Optimole is activated and sync is on: I create a new Shirt and sync it with
   my store.
    Then is the Image with the Black shirt for all Color the same. I can
   choose Black, White and Red and its always the Black Shirt. I hope I explained
   it a little better.
 * Best Regards

 * Hi [@skywalker7188](https://wordpress.org/support/users/skywalker7188/),
 * It could be an incompatibility issue with the plugin so if you prefer using the
   offload images (to offload images from your server to save space in it) – please
   contact us directly via the contact form here -https://optimole.com/#contact
   and we will send our support plugin to access your dashboard and try to replicate
   the issue there.
 * Thanks!

 * Thanks Vytis.
 * i try this with the next Shirts again. if this doenst work then it’s too cumbersome
   for me.Then i use only caching plugin and lazy load, but optimole works well
   for me with my other WordPress Sites.

   automaticly. Now all Colors are with the Black image.

 * Hi there,
 * It could be an incompatibility issue with the plugin so if you prefer using the
   offload images (to offload images from your server to save space in it) – please
   contact us directly via the contact form here -https://optimole.com/#contact
   and we will send our support plugin to access your dashboard and try to replicate
   the issue there.
 * Checking it in the front-end doesn’t give a lot of information, I can see the
   same thing that the image is not changed when clicking on the color but we are
   not aware of how the plugin works and what images are assigned in the backend.
