 * It is meant to work with the WP defined language and not the admin user language.

 * very strange behavior.
    we use about 20 or 30 plugins, and in absolutely all 
   of them the language of the plugins is the language chosen by the user. How is
   the person in charge of the administration of a site going to use the plugin 
   if it is not in his language? of course, this is a free plugin and I am very 
   grateful for its existence… but as a possible improvement, here I leave it.
