# wrong link to wp-comments-post

 * Hello.
    I have a wordpress multisite. I have upgraded to the version 4.5.3 with
   softacolous. Since I have upgraded everything works ok but when I try to comment
   and click the submit button the website direct me to a blank page. The browser
   tells me the message: “The connection to the server has been canceled while the
   page was loading. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try 
   again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s
   network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or
   proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.”
 * Maybe the issue is caused by a wrong address.
 * The address of the blog is [http://sistemainfanziacuneo.it](http://sistemainfanziacuneo.it)
   
   the url of the comments called with the submit button is [http://sistemainfanziacuneo.it/wp-comments-post.php](http://sistemainfanziacuneo.it/wp-comments-post.php).
 * The real directory I can see via ftp is:
    [http://sistemainfanziacuneo.it/public_html/wp-comments-post.php](http://sistemainfanziacuneo.it/public_html/wp-comments-post.php).
 * I don’t know whether something went bad after the upgrade.
    I tried to disable
   all the plugins and to change theme (I tried with twenty sixteen).
 * Comments are very important for this website so I also tried to downgrade, but
   still isn’t working. So I re-install the 4.5.3 version.
 * Has anybody the same problem? Can you help me?

 * I noticed that migrating the website to another server will solve the problem.
   Thisi is not properly a solution… Maybe akismet plugin infects the comments template?

 * I also tried to do these tips:
    – I de-activated all the plugins – I changed 
   the theme to a twenty-sixteen basic theme. – I deleted the website after a backup
   and re-installed wordpress (with softacolous) and database
 * The problem is still there.
 * as I said in my former comment I tried to migrate to another server for a test
   and the there is no problem in this server
 * I called the hosting help center, he tried to comment and it’s worked perfectly!
 * So the problem ins’t for everyone.
    How can I do?

 * I finally found the error. There was a block from the server due to the “mod_security”
   mode.
    I de-activated the “mod_security” from the cpanel and the problem was 
   solved.
