# Wrong order amount

 * Today I recieved and order with wrong amount. The problem perhaps its for change
   to Geolocate with page caching support. Its possible? Someone with the same issue?
 * I lose lot of money with this….

 * Is the wrong amount on order or in the payment received on the payment gateway?
   
   Note that the plugin requires a payment gateway that supports the currency:

 * In both. The currency is the same for all of our orders. The problem is that 
   the pay for general price, not the price for its country.

 * Is Price based on the billing or the shipping country? Check if the order has
   the same shipping and billing country.

 * The price is based on shipping country but is the same in this case for billing
   and shipping.

 * I never got a similar issue when the order was placed on the checkout page.
    
   What’s the product type? What page did the customer use to place the order?
 * It’s hard to find the cause of the issue with so little information.
