Where can I ask for proper support? I already bought a license

Timeline express doesn’t support AD dates, so that may be why you are having issues. Did you ensure your settings are correct on the options page?
In regards to support you can submit requests from within the plugin, on the license page, after you enter your license.

can you send me a link to that support page? The AD dates are just titles, I use just normal dates since 1970 just for ordering the announcements. And for example announcement 50000BC has a date 15/09/1971 and announcement 2016 has a date 15/09/2016 but on the website it displays before 50000BC which is wrong

It sound slike you have the free version installed, and not the pro version.
You should install the pro version, (download the zip from the purchase receipt sent over to you).

but even if I have free version it should work properly right? I made a test an added new announcement with a date 15/09/2016 and guess where it displays? At the very top which is totally wrong – it should display at the very bottom, here’s the new link: http://cideruk.com/cider-lore/
how can I install the pro version (I have the zip file) and not lose existing announcements?
never mind I installed the pro version and the announcements from free version were just exported. I still see the problem: http://cideruk.com/cider-lore/ I made the dates visible so you see it’s totally wrong. How to Fix that? Also Announcements on the right have those weird arrows…
OK I activated the license and send a support ticket through License page in my admin but now when I go to that page again I see error under “Premium Support Ticketing” section:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function esc_attr_() in /[….]/wp-content/plugins/timeline-express-pro/lib/admin/pages/page.license.php on line 195
any suggestions???
I will be looking into this this morning. I have also responded via the support ticket, so we can continue there via email. I will respond here when I can get the issue resolved, so others will know as well.
