# Wrong password

 * Why does Wordfence keep messing up the login information now and then? Ever for
   the websites, I am logged into, I will get a pop-up message to log back in. Same
   username and password. However as soon I press the login button it gives wrong
   password error! Then I have the CLI the website, disable WF Plugin and log in
   again using exactly the same information and I am in.
 * This problem only happens with one of my websites, but why???

 * Have you had this issue in multiple browsers? I am wondering if its just a cache
   issue. Try another browser just to test this. If that is not the issue, can you
   send a diagnostic report to **wftest @ wordfence . com**? You can find the link
   to do so at the top of the **Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics** page. Then click
   on **“Send Report by Email”**. Please add your forum username where indicated
   and _respond here after you have sent it._
