As you have mentioned that you are using Google Ads, could you please confirm if you are using the [consent mode](https://sitekit.withgoogle.com/documentation/using-site-kit/consent-mode/) option within Site Kit? I can see a mention of this in your source code so it looks like you are but if you could confirm that would be great. * I can also see that you do have a consent banner on your site. If consent mode is enabled for your site then you will need to ensure that the steps in our [guide](https://sitekit.withgoogle.com/documentation/using-site-kit/consent-mode/) have been followed. If these steps haven’t been followed or your configuration for consent mode isn’t correct, EMEA and UK visits to your site will not be tracked. * I’d also be happy to check your site setup if you’d be happy to share your [Site Health information](https://i.imgur.com/Rtkmsba.png). The realtime report gives you the number of users during the last 30 minutes (per minute). Whereas your other reports or Site Kit reports give you the number of users during a longer period i.e. 7, 14, 30, 90 days. * As suggested above, the [Analytics Help Center](https://support.google.com/analytics/?hl=en#topic=14090456) is the best place for any further Analytics data questions.
