# Wrong synchronization

 * Wrong synchronization, product description is transferred to html including <
   H 1> etc..etc…merchant effect sospseso for violation of guidelines, deleted the
   plugin opened a new merchant connected via API all perfect, I would review the
   plugin and how it exports data…if this issue is fixed I will go back to the plugin
   and review my rating

   find any topics, where you have requested for help with your issues with Google
   For WooCommerce. It’s not clear why you say wrong synchronisation , although

 * Before I deleted the plugin I did everything, contacted google, requested the
   revision and it always gave me the same problem one of them was that the product
   description is loaded with all the HTML code, now that I deleted the plugin and
   synchronize with API the problems doesn’t give it anymore.

   Sure. We understand.m This custom HTML in the description is usually something
   coming from a custom editor, not formatting the text correctly, causing this 
   issue. We could have assisted you and solved this, but you didn’t give us an

 * Deactivated plugin and loaded via API it loaded me 68 products right away, activated
   your plugin they all went to “limited” and going into each songolo product the
   description is in HTML, so in a few days it will go in error and they will block
   me account like previous one, I use elementor as builder.

 * Here in the product review thread I can only offer general advice. My advice 
   on this issue is to **reach out to Elementor** for assistance.
 * The default product description field in WordPress/WooCommerce should not pass
   any HTML coding on to Google when syncing.
 * If you are passing HTML code to Google, then this most likely means you are not
   using the native WooCommerce product description field. For example, if you are
   using Elementor to build your product descriptions, this is an alternate Elementor
   field that overrides the basic Woo field. In this case, you would need to reach
   out to Elementor to find out how to suppress the HTML code in this field as they
   own it and coded it.
 * One alternative is to use the Short Description field for your Google syncing
   instead. You can choose this field using a code snippet. More on that here:
