# wrong thumbnail image url

 * Hello, i have a problem with thumbnail images,
    i can’t get the right images 
   url in the page i setup (with shortcode).
 * In the plugin settings i selected “ad-small (100×100)”, a thumbnail size of the
   theme i’m using (Classipress).

 * In “Post thumbnail meta field name” i wrote: ad-small

 * But in the page where i want to display my top 10 the images url ends with “50
   ×50”

 * If i set fixed width and height in “Image size attributes” the images look all
   distorted.
    I already tried to deactivate all my plugins, and regenerate all 
   thumbnails, but nothing changed!
 * How i can fix that to display the thumbnails correct size?

 * The post thumbnail meta field is independent. It’s used to contain the full URL
   of the thumbnail. It doesn’t contain the link of ad-small
 * Looking at your site URL, it seems like the plugin is trying to find the first
   child image attached to the post rather than the featured image.
 * Do you have any posts where you set the Featured image of the post?
 * Also, can you check if you can actually find the 100×100 sized images in your
   folder? You can use this plugin to find out.

 * Ok, i got it, since the images are submitted from the frontend by users,
    there
   is no option for the featured image, so i just installed this plugin: [https://it.wordpress.org/plugins/set-all-first-images-as-featured/](https://it.wordpress.org/plugins/set-all-first-images-as-featured/)
   And now everything works perfectly!
