 * i am getting wrong timing displayed in question asked by user and same issue 
   i am getting when i am reply to any question.

 * Make sure that you have set a proper timezone in the WordPress Settings. Check
   what is your database and server timezone.

 * Thank You so much Robert.. its true my WordPress settings were outdated and was
   not set as per my time zone. now i had setup the time zone according to my country
   and issue has been solved.
