# Wrong user credentials.

 * Hi,
    I am unable to generate a jwt token from the Authentication endpoint using
   email and password. Sometimes it’s generated but sometimes it’s failed and gives
   the error **Wrong user credentials.**
 * If I request using the postman app it will generate all time. But when I use 
   wp_remote_post it gives error Wrong user credentials.
 * In my debug it’s failing on when comparing passwords.
 * Any idea how to solved this problem

 * There has been a bug when the password contains special characters. This has 
   been fixex in version `3.4.8`.
