# Wrong user data

 * Hello,
    sometimes the shop displays the user data of another user to a buyer.
   This is really very dubious. How can I proceed to remedy this error?

 * That’s crazy. Definitely someone added a incorrect query and added custom code
   somewhere. That is not a kniwn issue with WC

 * I suspect a problem with the cache.
    If I delete all sessions and empty the cache,
   the problem disappears for the affected user.
 * I use WP Super Cache.
    I have now removed all shop URLs from caching.
 * Do you have any more ideas?

 * Try using incognito browser too. Are you logged in yourself when you see it? 
   Or you see it logged out too?

 * Personally, I’ve never seen this before.
    So far, I’ve had two messages from 
   customers who were very surprised.

 * I’d shut the site down. Use a coming soon plugin by SeedPod and get this figured
   out. You don’t want to get sued by a customer.

 * This certainly isn’t the expected behaviour and likely a result of improper code
   within the active theme or another plugin. Try switching back to a default theme
   like Twenty Seventeen and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if
   this resolves the issue.
 * If so, then re-enable each one at a time until you find the one that’s causing
   the conflict.
