# Wrong Version in link-library.php

 * You probably have forgotten to alter the version in link-library.php. I have 
   successfully tried to update the plugin, activation also succeeded but after 
   next reload the plugin is back as to be updated.

 * was on the first update still 5.9.13.20 instead of 5.9.13.21. I manually updated
   it to 5.9.13.21 and the loop stopped immediately.
 * 5.9.13.22 did its job also well!!
