# Wrong Version Number?

 * I have the version 3.4.0 of Print Friendly that WordPress installed on June 6.
   I like it–works great–no ads in Firefox or Chrome.
 * Wordfence reports that there are 11 differences in the pf.pfp file and 1 difference
   in the readme.txt file betweeen the version installed on my site and the version
   in the WordPress Plugin repository. I downloaded that one and did a file comparison.
   They are quite different.
 * Should the one in the current repository have been reversioned 3.4.1, or is it
   a hacked version of 3.4.0?
 * Based on the latest comments here saying there are now a lot of ads, I don’t 
   think I want to install the current version 3.4.0 from the repository. I’ll keep
   the one I have that doesn’t show ads. It seems like the one in the repository
   was hacked.
 * In future, please update the version information and list all the changes in 
   the change log, or check the validity of the download file in the repository 
   from time to time.
