 * Hi, I bought the bb mobile app pro theme tree days ago. I wonder, if it is the
   latest version you made available on the download page. It seemes to have a lot
   of bugs, the quailty seemes overall poor. Including a file missing according 
   to errors reported by my webbrowser. I had to uninstall it, it is unusable.
 * Before i got aware of the bad quailty, i sent a support question on themeshopy.
   com. That whas two days ago still hav not recieved an answere. As it is now i
   find it unusable, and would like to have my money refunded.

 * Could you please specify what are the issues you are getting. So that we can 
   assist you accordingly. You have mentioned there is a bug but haven’t mentioned
   what is the actual issue.
