WYSIWYG Editor adding tags

Has anyone else experienced the issue when pasting an article into the post edit box using the Word “Importer” icon that, all the sudden after the “fix” in 3.1 <div>,/div> tags are being tossed into the post/article?

I have been using the html feature, adding hard returns between paragraphs just to keep the formatting correct….

I guess my question is this, which file(s) where “repaired” during the updates to correct a “non-existent” problem pasting Word Doc files into the editor?
