# XML > CSV And import plugin

 * Hiya,
 * I’m currently trying out the plugin which looks awesome in the beginning. I’ve
   been trying out some XML converted to CSV files and when playing with the settings
   I managed to import all content. After installing 3.8 I’m having problems to 
   import stuff.
 * This is what happends:
 * **Map Fields**
    `) "/>`
 * or
    **Map Fields** `[1] => [2] => ) "/>`
 * Does anyone know whats happening?

 * Ok my bad. I was an idiot with saving the file with the wrong structure. XML 
   to CSV won’t work but an xls file works well.
