 * Having downloaded the XML export file as a backup for the past four years I can’t
   download it now since I upgraded my blog to 3.1 version. The file is empty! Have
   deactivated the plugins but still it does not work.
    Can anybody give me an advise
   how I can solve this issue? Thank you so much in advance.
