 * Hi Folks, I’m trying to connect my website’s XML feed to a web service, and the
   web service technical support say they receive an error “ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED”
   when accessing [https://steve.doig.com.au/feed](https://steve.doig.com.au/feed).
 * I believe they encounter the error intermittently.
 * How would I go about troubleshooting this please?
