 * Hello,
 * Just recently, my site had the ff.errors:
 * > This site can’t be reached
   > xyzagerondio.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
   >  DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
 * …and I found out that my domain had expired. I don’t want to redeemed it because
   it’s costly.
 * …and when I contact my web service provider bluehost, the team advised me to
   contact wordpress.org to get the .xml file so that I could register a new domain&
   retrieve all the contents of my expired domain [http://www.xyzagerondio.com](http://www.xyzagerondio.com)
   just as it is.
 * …so, where could I possibly contact wordpress.org support for this kind of problem?
   Could I really retrieve my wordpress.org self-hosted site with the TwentySeventeen
   theme & be able to migrate it to bluehost???
 * Or the only way is to redeem my [http://www.xyzagerondio.com](http://www.xyzagerondio.com)
   domain on wordpress.com???
 * Please help!

 * I think something must have been communicated incorrectly by Bluehost. WordPress.
   org doesn’t handle domain names so we won’t have the XML file that contains details
   of your domain name. WordPress.org also doesn’t have a support team, the forums
   are instead driven by volunteers as part of the open source project.
 * I’m not sure what XML file Bluehost is recommending that you retrieve, but it
   sounds like it should come from the domain name provider. Was your domain name
   provider WordPress.**com**?
