# xml file importing error

 * I have purchase and installed the avada theme. but i am facing problem with uploading
   and importing the xml on wp/admin.
 * Sorry, there has been an error.
    File is empty. Please upload something more 
   substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your
   php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize
   in php.ini.
 * This is the error message when i try to upload it.

 * How large is the XML file? Can you confirm it actually has contents and isn’t
   empty (like the error message indicates)?

 * I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a commercial theme, you need to seek 
   support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support [commercial products](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products)

 * We do not have access to, nor do we support, commercial themes as you paid for
   support when you bought the theme. It is not our place to keep theme vendors 
   in business or deprive them of any income that they may derive from support services.
