XML import = 400 Bad Request

    Anything I try to upload, I get the following error, be it a plugin/theme/and always when importing an XML of posts from a previous blog which is on the same version of wordpress, both 3.5.1.

    Bad Request

    Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    No idea where to go from here.

    I deleted my entire WP install and reinstalled, then I was able to upload themes for some reasons, but not plugins or importing posts.
