 * Dear Word Press Support ,
 * I found an error in my site heath , There is a critical issue with Word Press
   update :
    **Background updates ensure that WordPress can auto-update if a security
   update is released for the version you are currently using . Some files are not
   writable by WordPress : xmlrpc.php [https://prntscr.com/uost7v](https://prntscr.com/uost7v)
   As I checked , I can ‘ t access to this file even in my host . [https://prntscr.com/upgb6y](https://prntscr.com/upgb6y)
 * If is possible , Please help me to solve this issue .

   your hosting control panel?

 * My plugins are the same plugins that I were using them before this error and 
   I haven ‘ t install any new plugin recently . Do you mean some plugins change
   this permission ? If yes can you tell me about ?

 * I use Shared Hosting and I have access it via my hosting control panel , Please
   you tell what permissions I need via my hosting control panel to solve this issue
   and what should I do ?

 * The permissions on XML-RPC file should be 664 or 644 ?
    What about correct permissions
   on wp-config file ?
 * And if is possible please let me know how to change permissions ?

 * all files should be 664, directories 775. Please ask your host if you need help
   using their control panel.
