 * When I use a software package, such as w.bloggar, to assist in writing entries,
   the entry is saved properly with the correct time and offset (in other words,
   no problems). If I want to go back and retrieve a post and then repost it, apparently
   the date/time data is saved using the posts offset from the software package
   as opposed to the known offset contained within the configuration of WordPress.
 * To make a long story short:
 * My offset is -6 from UTC. When I post, the time is displayed correctly. When
   I attempt to retreive and repost it, it takes the current time and re-offset’s
   it -6 hours. So a post that is written at 1500MDT gets posted as 0900MDT.
 * Ideas?
