YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards – Can’t add to cart

    Wont allow me to add gift card to the cart. When clicking the “add to cart” button it just stays stuck on “adding” but never adds it. I am using woocommerce in combination with Bricks Builder.

    Yes, same issue here with WPBakery, an error occurs that there is a problem and the item can’t be put into cart.

    i could resolve it, was something with the theme

    thanks for contacting us!

    This could be due to an incompatibility with your theme or one of your plugins.

    I recommend performing the following tests to see if the problem disappears at any point:

    • Update the plugin, WC, and WP to the latest version.
    • Switch to a default WP theme like 2025.
    • Leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your other plugins one by one until you find the conflicting one.
