   Crawl Optimization? So Google Can crawl and index site posts more quickly.

   which one of the settings you should turn ON but read this [help article](https://yoast.com/help/yoast-seo-settings-crawl-optimization/)
   that describes each setting. From there, you would know which you should turn
   ON/OFF.
