Yoast SEO compatibilty

    hi,
    I had a new setup of my HP in WP, in two language version (english, german)
    My WP designer used qtranlate-x v 3.4.6.8
    Now i installed Yoast Premium in order to use more than one keyword.

    In the Yoast page settings, now only one language for SEO keywords, titless, description etc. can be set and saved.

    Yoast say, qtranslate is not compatible with multilangugae SEO settings.
    They recommend WPML, or Multilingual press , which are compatible.

    Is this true?
    If yes, how can i migrate translated pages in another multilanguage plugin?

    Please excuse my limited knowledge about WP, SEO etc.
