# [Yoko] Problem customizing theme

 * Hi – when I go to ‘Appearance -> Customize’ in the WP dashboard, the dropdown‘
   arrows’ for customizing the theme appear briefly but then roll back up, making
   it impossible to make changes via that method.
 * I’ve tried it in FF, Chrome and IE, and they all behave the same.
 * This might be a simple fix (or not) – but where is the ‘Site Title and Tagline’
   information stored?

 * Thanks for the input – the problem remains. It seems as if the page refreshes
   about every second or so, making it impossible to make any changes.

 * Well, I found [this post](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/customize-stuck-in-refresh-loop?replies=4)
   and it was a plugin called “WP Content Copy Protection” that caused all my woes.
 * Posted just in case someone else runs into this problem!
