    If you’re a pro user, please contact us at yop.help{at}gmail.com as we are not allowed to offer support for pro version in this forum.

    Regarding your statement, YOP Poll (free version) comes with 15 ready to use templates.
    Maybe there was an issue with the install and templates were not installed?
