YOP Poll – cannot save poll

    Hi I was using a previous version of YOP, just updated it to the current one today on my client’s site.

    On creating new polls, I can fill in all the fields, preview the poll ok, but on clicking Save I get an error at the top of the screen “Cannot save poll!” with no explanation or troubleshooting.

    This is need for a competition starting in June, so need help as soon as possible please.

    Hi I’ve set you up with an admin account, I’ve emailed you the details to the email you gave above. The competition is due to start on monday 2nd may, not june as I said. Its really important as there’s a printed magazine also which will be sending people to this website link, Thanks. Please see the page in the site 2016 Awards – thats where I need to put the poll and have about 16 questions, each of them need the “other” answer rather than the user picking from a list.
