You Need to Improve Documentation

Hi,

I was trying to locate the short codes which i can use to configure this plugin. But you know what, i cannot find any short code documentation anywhere. I don’t know how to show the subscription box on my site !!

Please make a complete guide on using this plugin with available short codes. Moreover please also add the functions to send sms by subscriber’s name.
