# [Zerif Lite] Insert Element below Header

 * The website I’m working on is CollegeFootballPicks2016.com I’m trying to insert
   a contact form 7 form above the black and white background image at the top. 
   I have the correct PHP code:
    `<?php echo do_shortcode( '[contact-form-7 id="
   23" title="CFP2016 Opt-In"]' ); ?>` I can get it to appear in the header part
   with the logo, but I can’t figure out what file it goes in to go just below the
   header, on top of that large image. Any help would be much appreciated.
