# Zero help. Avoid.

 * When something seems “too good to be true”… it usually is. I just needed the 
   authorize.net portion. Setup was a breeze. It connected right to my authorize.
   net account. After setting up (which was easy); nothing would show at checkout.
   I checked forums, asked AI, read the documentation… nothing. I reached out to
   support asking simple questions. Their response was to send my “registered merchant
   name”. I have no clue what that even is. Thought it was my business name? My 
   authorize.net name? Website name? I gave it to them. 24-hours later they responding
   they couldn’t confirm my “registered merchant name”. Maybe the other plugins 
   work but the authorize.net portion does not work at all. If you are brave and
   install it; be sure to go back to your authorize.net account and revoke their
   access.
