# Support Is Great

 * I think at this point I have tried almost every webinar software out there. I
   came back to this one for two reasons. Ease of use, and the excellent customer
   service.
 * I had a rough start with this company. Their support was down immediately following
   my purchase. I was eager to play with “my new toy” and was not getting any responses.
   Was not their fault.
 * After writing a bad review, I was contacted by the staff and made aware of the
   support ticketing issue via a personal email. That speaks volumes of troubleshooting&
   customer care. They go the extra mile.

 * Although we responded to this customer’s emails within a few hours they did not
   receive our replies. When it became obvious that our replies were not being received
   we issued a refund hoping that they would receive the refund notice from the 
   payment provider.
 * Eventually, we were able to make contact using private email, informing them 
   of the communication issues and that their refund had been issued.
 * We would be more than happy to help and resolve the original CSS issue.
